While I dreamed of Four Roses Single Barrel, or Knob Creek Single Barrel I had some bulliet rye, while it was nice it was not what I wanted.

Had me some kentucky spirit and creme brulee, while it was not a great pairing the smokey vanilla and fruit went with the custard enough so that i was happy.

Well, y'all and all, on this superb Savannah evening, I am having some WL Weller Centennial, a 100 proof wheater that is just plain excellent. I am most out of this bourbon and will unlikely ever find any again............ sigh! It is 10 year old whiskey and I am prompted to try it agin the Weller Antique (the old one with the 7 year age statement).

The Antique is 107 proof and it is not quite as soft as the Centennial, but it too is damn good.
