This evening it is Parker's Heritage Collection Master Distillers Blend of Mashbills (wheat and rye bourbons). It comes from the bottle at 131.6 proof......... and is, by God, drinkable (I should say sippable) at that proof........ such is its barrel richness. Not many barrels of this bourbon were produced and it is scarce (I am sure I managed to grab one of the few bottles allocated to Georgia), and expensive (try $100), but never, have I been more certain that I spent $100 well.
How good is it? Probably better than Wild Turkey Tribute....... but I may never know for sure, because I finished the last of my WTT about 6 months ago and never expect to find any more.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - Dylan Thomas
