I like Bookers, but I have had some problems with its consitancy. Sometimes it really is just too much alcohol burn and even a little water does not tame it. I usually add some water and ice to Booker's because the high proof is pretty harsh, hiding a lot of the flavor. With a little water this bourbon does unleash some fantastic flavors.
