Purchased at:Asked an Intern who lived in Alabama to get me one over 4 July holiday
Purchased for:too much
Info on this bottle:Standard bottle from liquor store
Proof Of this Bottle:90
Nose:Corn, caramel and butterscotch.
Taste:Smooth with little alcohol burn and sweet. This product is not a straight whiskey and artificial sweetness and color are added. It is very sweet with maple and butter flavors and I believe Clyde May's secret ingrediant is Mrs. Buttersworth syrup. There is a little corn whiskey flavor that tries to compete with the sweetners.
Finish:Sweet caramel and butter lingering for a while and then ends cleanly.
Overall:Not a bad product that I would treat more as a desert drink. It is very sweet and probably would leave a person who over indulged with one hell of a headache.
