Old Cigars

I was going through some of my stuff recently and found several decent cigars (Macanudo's, Romeo Y' Julieta, etc.). They are probably 10 years old at least but look in good shape other than being dried out. My question is, would it be worth rehydrating them, and if so, what would be the best way to do so?
Thank You,
