Nose:	Rye spice in spades. Light mint.
Taste:	Being a blend of 85 % rye and 15 % barley malt (note no corn), this is indeed a wonderful 9 y/o straight rye. It has a sharp, crisp taste. A delight.
Finish:	The finish is medium and drying.
Overall:	I like this rye. I think it would make a killer Manhattan.
