Pretty much what you'd expect from the nose. | | Finish: | Definitely a bit of burn. Slightly tart and a bit sweet. Rather short w/ some grassy and earthy notes. | | Overall: | Rather mild and not exceedingly complex but w/ a good flavor overall. Makes a fantastic whiskey sour but it's pretty good neat too. |
