Nose:	Corn and fruit - bannanas and pears, with a little yeast.
Taste:	Corn and lots of it, with a little pepper spice and banannas. A little oily in the mouth.
Finish:	Short but very oily.
Overall:	This is a novelty product for the most part, but is a very good product to learn what "white dog" or new make whiskey might taste like.
