| | Taste: | Smooth and sweet with toffee and hazelnuts. Dark fruits like dried apricots on the sides of the mouth. | | Finish: | Dry, but not tannic at all. The sweet caramel toffee flavor lingers for a while before changing to more of a nutty pecan type finish. | | Overall: | A very enjoyable bourbon for any occassion, but especially for birthdays, and everyday is someone's birthday, so enjoy. |
